Building Staff STEM Capacity
To build your staffs capacity in the area of STEM, you must first assess where your staff are at. In the Spring of 2016, we did a staff survey of each staff members comfort level in the STEM areas. The responses indicated that support was needed in the areas of Engineering and Math. From there, we focused our PD and in class support for integrating those two components into classroom lessons.
